Hoe kan ik artikelen retourneren?
Als consument kun je producten binnen 14 dagen na bestelling retourneren. Het product moet natuurlijk ongebruikt zijn en de verpakking is nog volledig intact. Voordat u producten retour stuurt, is het belangrijk om een retouraanvraag in te dienen. Dit doet u door het contactformulier in te vullen. Vermeld duidelijk het ordernummer en de reden van retour. Het verzoek wordt binnen 24 uur beantwoord. De kosten voor het retourneren zijn voor eigen rekening en ook u bepaalt op welke manier u het pakket retour stuurt.

In the event of a guarantee or exchange, we will pay for the delivery and payment costs already incurred.
A return amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days after receipt of the return products (minus the costs of the return), provided the packaging is in good condition and has been returned in full. If this is not the case, we will contact you within 48 hours. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance via the contact form.
Please note: for products that have been used and / or products that are returned in packaging that is no longer usable, we will charge a fee for new packaging. Depending on the box, this can vary between € 4.50 and € 17.50.
