Hoe kan ik artikelen retourneren?

Als consument kun je producten binnen 14 dagen na bestelling retourneren. Het product moet natuurlijk ongebruikt zijn en de verpakking is nog volledig intact. Voordat u producten retour stuurt, is het belangrijk om een ​​retouraanvraag in te dienen. Dit doet u door het contactformulier in te vullen. Vermeld duidelijk het ordernummer en de reden van retour. Het verzoek wordt binnen 24 uur beantwoord. De kosten voor het retourneren zijn voor eigen rekening en ook u bepaalt op welke manier u het pakket retour stuurt.

A return amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days after receipt of the return products (minus the costs of the return), provided the packaging is in good condition and has been returned in full.
